APRF is a proven medical technology that uses your own blood to speed the healing of muscle, tissue, and bone after oral surgeries. We prepare for your APRF therapy by collecting one tube of your own blood before surgery. We place the blood in the centrifuge and spin it at high speeds so that it separates into different parts.
We skim the platelet-rich fibrin off the top of the tube, and then use it at the surgical site, where it accelerates the healing process, combats inflammation, and helps growth factors bind to the site. This stimulates cell growth.
APRF therapy means less pain, less inflammation, faster healing, and less risk of infection or complications. There are no additives in APRF. It is part of your own blood.
